VMS Shipping Policy & Rates

Shipping of products from Vision Media Supplies (“VMS”) will be carried out via two ways:

Ground Delivery by VMS Team:

Orders above RM300.00 per invoice / receipt and within Penang and Klang valley will be shipped via our own delivery team free or charge. Area not under over coverage within Penang & Klang Valley will be shipped via courier.

Charges

Free of charge for all invoices that meets the ground delivery criteria.

Charges may apply under the following circumstances:

  • Location that is out of our standard coverage area such as remote or rural areas
  • Area with difficulty for delivery to be done such as,custom area, commercial building with no lift access, location which have tight security and difficulty for delivery access
  • Purchases that are exceedingly heavy such as safes, cabinets, furniture, paper products, and  those as deemed exceedingly heavy by the management

Customer will be notified through email in the event that an additional surcharge will be required for our ground delivery services. The reason for the surcharge will be stated in full detail in the email response for the customer viewing

Lead Time

Orders that are in stock and successfully processed will be delivered within a time frame of 3 to 7 working days by our delivery team. For delivery lead time by our courier partner please refer below.

Tracking the order

Orders can be tracked by logging on to your VisionMedia2u account. Under member home “My Order” tab type in your order number and you will be able to see the status of your order. Once the order is successfully process and placed under our delivery schedule you will be given a DO#, whereby you are able to track the order progress by quoting the DO# in your email to customersupport@visionmedia.com.my or calling our toll free number and check with our representatives.

Shipping by our Courier Partner:

Location not cover under our ground delivery team or not meeting our minimum invoice / receipt amount will be shipped through our secure and reliable courier partner that consist of Gdex, City-Link and SkyNet.

(Note: Under special circumstances, other forms of courier companies such as PosLaju, Nationwide Express or Kangaroo might be utilized as an alternative.)

The type of courier company employ is dependant on the recipient location as well as situational factors. As a general rule, SkyNet will be used for orders throughout Peninsula Malaysia, while City-Link for orders to East Malaysia.

Currently VMS does not ship to customers outside of Malaysia. For customers outside of Malaysia please contact our helpdesk @ 04-6434647 or customersupport@visionmedia.com.my for further enquiries.

Lead Time

Orders that are in stock and successfully processed will be courier out upon the next working day.  The estimate delivery time for location in Peninsular Malaysia is 3-5 working days, while location in East Malaysia requires around 5 to 7 working days depending on location.

Free Shipping

Orders with a value of over RM300.00 on a single receipt will be entitle to free shipping within Peninsula Malaysia, while orders with a value of over RM500.00 will be entitle for free shipping throughout Malaysia (including East Malaysia).

However, it is to note that the free shipping will not cover purchases that include papers, printers and others products that are exceedingly heavy as deemed fit by the management. Customer will be notified through email in the event that they fulfilled the requirement for free shipping but not entitled for it. The reason will be stated in full detail in the email response for the customer viewing.

Tracking the order

Orders can be tracked by logging on to your VisionMedia2u account. Under member home “My Order” tab type in your order number and you will be able to see the status of your order. We also provide an email confirmation with every order that is placed. This confirmation will include a tracking number so you can check the progress of your shipment. You can always track orders with one of our representatives by calling our toll free number.
